Recall 293 con xe Ascent, con nào lỗi là đổi luôn con mới :)

By Christopher Jensen

Subaru will be giving some owners of its new 2019 Ascent model new vehicles if crucial welds are missing, according to a recall report from the automaker posted Friday on the website of the National Highway Traffic Safety Administration.

The automaker said it is recalling 293 models to check whether welding around the “B” pillar is sufficient.

It said a software programming error means some vehicles didn’t get enough spot welds.

Not having those welds means the strength of the structure is reduced and that could “increase the risk of injury in a crash,” Subaru said.

The B pillar is directly behind the driver and front-seat passenger and supports the roof.

The problem can’t be fixed, so the automaker will give the owners a new vehicle.

The Ascent is a new, three-row vehicle with prices ranging from about $32,000 to $45,000.
The automaker said an inspector at the assembly plant in Indiana noticed the missing welds late last month.

The problem affects some models built between July 16[sup]th[/sup] and the 25[sup]th[/sup].

They not used the good enough PLM and MES softwarea, the best PLM and MES in the market is Siemens..
B pillar welding if not enough, the only solution is to change it, can not have some kind of " additional welding"
