For the record, Vietnam Driving license can be used to drive in Malaysia with the following conditions:
Section 28 of the Road Transport Act (APJ) 1987, explaining that "a driving license issued under the corresponding provisions of any law in force in any State which is a party to a treaty to which Malaysia is also a party and purporting to recognize domestic driving licenses issued by the contracting states shall, so long as the license remains in force in that State, be deemed to be a driving license granted under this Part. "
In accordance with Section 28, APJ 1987 mentioned above, the holder of a foreign country can drive in this country as long as foreign domestic driving license is still valid force, bringing with translation in English or Bahasa Melayu (if the license is in a language other than English or English), which was approved by the Embassy of the State of origin is in Malaysia driving license or driving license in respect of the issuer.
