GM Daewoo Recalls 2005 Magnus
GM Daewoo Auto & Technology, the nation's third-largest automaker, said Sunday it is recalling 1,536 Magnus sedans produced between May 24 and Sept. 16 this year due to faults in their steering column. The problem may cause engine overheating or battery discharges.
Starting Monday, GM Daewoo will offer free repair of the affected models at service centers or partner workshops nationwide. For more information, call (080)728-7288.
GM Daewoo was established in 2002 after the U.S. based General Motors, the world's biggest carmaker, took over most of the assets of bankrupt Daewoo Motor.
